Save for later...

Teresa and Tyler are both different people with a different body system. Of course, not entirely different as to where they are not human, but the way their bodies respond to a drug can determine what kind of side effects they might experience. In Scenario A and B we see two different situations as to where Teresa has a negative side effect to her perscription drug, and Tyler is positively impacted by his OTC supplement. After Tyler took his dose of a generic name drug he purchased over the counter, and Teresa took her dose of a brand name drug perscribed by her doctor,
Both Teresa and Tyler have a decision to consult with a physician on wether or not they should keeping taking their drug.

Story

My choices dont just affect me. My choices dont just involve me. My choices dont just revolve around my own little world. In fact, my choices now affect the future of my children. The decisions I make, like deciding not to use drugs, or making the choice of not having sexual intercourse, and even if i were to, I would be sure to have a planned and protected plan.
Advertisments, Commercials, and Sale productions, all affect my own personal way. How? Well, now that's up to you, it can either have a positive or negative impact. All these forms of communications are made to either inform, pursuade, or entertain a specific targeted audience. If i let myself be influenced in a negative way by one of these things, then obviously the company, group, or person have accomplished their own specific goal.
My previous family history, is a bit unorthodox. My great uncle from my dad's side recently passed away because of long-term alcohol abuse, and his liver failed. Also, my great grandmother from my mom's side, also passed becsause of cancer. In her 40s i believe she lost one of her legs, and she suffered side affects for about 50 more years afterwards. She died at the age of 92 years.
In conclusion, i have started a healthy mentallity to later positively affect my children. I have started to live up to my model, "Dont eat what you cant defeat!!"

What is the outcome of pregnant woman using Marijuana

Nearly 4 percent of pregnant women in the United States use illicit drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and other amphetamines, and heroin. These and other illicit drugs may pose various risks for pregnant women and their babies. Some of these drugs can cause a baby to be born too small or too soon, or to have withdrawal symptoms, birth defects of learning and behavioral problems. Some studies suggest that use of marijuana during pregnancy may slow fetal growth and slightly decrease the length of pregnancy. These effects are seen mainly in women who use marijuana regularly.
Smoking marijuana increases the level on carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the blood, which reduces the oxygen supply to the unborn baby. Smoking marijuana during pregnancy can increase the chances of miscarriage, low birth weight, premature births, developmental delays, and behavioral and learning problems.

THESIS STATEMENT

What is the outcome of children when pregnant woman use Marijuana.

  1. Name four influences that can affect health behavior: One of the four influences that affect health behavior; People, Media, Advertisment, and Commercial.                                                                                                    What is the difference between and advertisement and a commercial? An advertisment is a paid announcement, a commercial is an advertisment on any communication form.                                                                                        What six behaviors can result from negative influences?  Behaviors that result in harmful, unsafe, illegal, and disrespectful negative influences.                             What are advertisements designed to do? To pursuade people, to buy the product they are trying to sell. Or to get the message across that they want to spread.                                                                                                                   Why is important to know how to analyze the influences in your life? To make the right choices that will later influence you in the future.                                 Who are the major influences in your life? My parents                                                         How can you prevent yourself from negative influences? Stay away from negative things!
